*NOTE:
Ft. Mill is just south of Charlotte so even though the technical address is South Carolina, this is still considered the Charlotte area. Goldhill Road is exit #88 right off Interstate 77. There are several hotels 2 miles north at exit #90 which included, The Sleep Inn, The Comfort Inn, Motel 6, Best Western - Carowinds, and the Plaza Hotel at Carowinds.  If students are from the Charlotte area they will be very familiar with the Carowinds exit.
